What was established
The Society has established a permanent, versioned collection covering trust and fiduciary law. Collection Blueprint v1.0 fixes the ten-volume architecture, the inter-volume dependency map, the publication roadmap, and the publication registry that will track every volume as it moves through drafting, editorial review, and publication.
Why it matters
The collection is the first produced end-to-end under Governance Framework v1.0 and the Canonical Treatise Architecture. Its blueprint establishes the pattern every future collection — Property, Secured Transactions, Civil Procedure, Business Associations — will follow.
What it governs
The Blueprint governs the collection's scope, volume ordering, and cross-volume dependencies. Volumes may not be reordered, merged, or renamed except through a versioned amendment to the Blueprint.
What happens next
The collection-level Master Research Corpus is established next, followed by Volume I: Foundations of Trust Law. Each volume will inherit from the Master Research Corpus and produce its own volume-level research dossier before drafting begins.
