What was completed
Operationalization produced a governance usage audit, an editorial workflow integration, an AI-authoring integration, a canonical Editorial Decision Flow, a governance compliance report, and an implementation plan. Persistent authoring instructions and project memory were updated to require the Governance Identification Sequence before any editorial artifact is generated.
Why it matters
Governance is now operational, not aspirational. Every editorial task — human or AI-assisted — runs the same ten-step Editorial Decision Flow, in the same order, against the same manuals, before drafting begins.
What it governs
Operationalization governs the moment an editorial task starts. It does not create new governance; it makes the existing framework binding on the platform's day-to-day operation.
What happens next
New collections, volumes, and chapters are drafted under the Editorial Decision Flow. The Trust & Fiduciary Law Collection is the first collection produced entirely under the operationalized framework.
