Research Collections
Curated subject collections that bring together primary authority from the Legal Corpus alongside related Press articles, Publications, Academy courses, and Journal issues — one scholarly entry point per area of law.
II
What Research Collections Are
Subject-based entry points into the Society's holdings.
Research Collections are not Press series, not Categories, and not Publications. They are cross-institutional subject guides that organize everything the Society has produced around a single area of law — Press articles, primary authorities from the Legal Corpus, Publications, Academy courses, and Journal issues.
Each Collection is the primary destination for studying its subject. Instead of searching separately through the Press, the Corpus, the Academy, the Journal, and the Publications, the Collection brings those resources together into a single scholarly entry point.
