Parser v2.2.0 Released

The Society's ingestion parser reaches its Notices-family generation

The release

Parser v2.2.0 is the Society's ingestion parser as of Phase 65G. The release generalizes the sibling-authority boundary rule introduced in v2.1.2 so that IRS Notices published within the Internal Revenue Bulletin are recognized as sibling authorities without a family-specific configuration.

The parser continues to operate under the identity, boundary-integrity, and source-audit gates that have governed prior families. Every authority ingested through v2.2.0 must pass source-audit at the Society's threshold; those that do not are deferred with evidence.
